Narek aims to develop a global, searchable platform dedicated to Armenian and Armenian-related media. It will bring together in one place:
Books (print, digital, and audio)
Music and films
Author, publisher, and distributor directories
The platform will enable users to easily access to contents, organized by language, format, category, author, topic, and distributor, thereby connecting creators with their audiences worldwide.
Objectives
a. Enhance the visibility of Armenian creators, publishers, and vendors by promoting them through an engaging, user-friendly, and competitive platform.
b. Build a consortium of stakeholders to collaborate on concept, logistics, and growth
c. Recommend regional distribution models using smart logistics and grouped shipping to reduce costs
d. Foster a reading culture through community initiatives, reading groups, and curated content
e. Encourage the development of centralized bookstores and book cafés in diaspora communities with over 50,000 residents

a. Design and implement global shipping and logistics systems
b. Develop monetization and e-commerce strategies (direct sales, referrals, etc.)
c. Establish KPIs: traffic, regional coverage, sales, engagement
d. Plan key milestones, launch phases, and feature rollouts

a. Define the concept and technical structure of the Unified Publishing Platform
b. Conduct market research and identify potential concept and logistics partners
c. Standardize metadata and stock submissions from stakeholders (category, terms, subject, date, language, availability)
d. Identify and partner with fulfillment and shipping providers
e. Develop a detailed cost structure (setup, operations, marketing)

a. Design an intuitive interface with secure payments and inventory management
