Lilit Karapetyan is a French Armenian international relations specialist and investment manager based in Paris, focusing on investment promotion, economic development, and foreign affairs. She was born in Yerevan, Armenia in 1990.

Ms. Karapetyan completed her secondary education in Moscow, earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Yerevan State University in 2011, and a Master’s degree in European Studies (Human Rights and Democratization) from Belarusian State University in Minsk in 2014.

Lilit Karapetyan began her professional career at the Ministry of Economy of Armenia, where she served as Assistant to the Deputy Minister and later as Senior Foreign Investment Coordination Specialist (2012 – 2017). She continued her work in international relations as an Economic and Political Affairs Officer at the Embassy of Japan in Armenia (2017 – 2018). Lilit then served as International Project Coordinator at the International Academy of Business in Yerevan (2018 – 2019). In 2020, she worked as Marketing and Communication Manager at Premier Group, a distributor of medical equipment. From 2020 to 2023, she held the position of Investment Manager (Aftercare Services) at Enterprise Armenia, where she supported foreign investment projects and actively promoted Armenia’s investment environment.

Ms. Karapetyan has actively contributed to the Armenian community through her involvement in the European Youth Parliament-Armenia and the Youth Club for Intercultural Dialogue, Democracy, and Peace NGO, promoting democracy, human rights, and intercultural dialogue. Her diverse background, including experience living in Russia, Belarus, Armenia, and France, fluency in multiple languages, and a multifaceted career in international relations, government, finance, and project management, makes her a valuable asset.
