Emin Ohanyan won the European Youth Rapid Chess Championship in the U16 category scoring 7.5/9 points, the Chess Federation of Armenia announced. The championship took place in Novi Sad, Serbia, from 27-29 December.
More than 450 participants from 29 European federations participated in the championship.
