A multifunctional business complex with unique architectural solutions and capable of creating 150-200 new jobs will be built in Yerevan within the next 2-3 years. The government approved the $10-million project led by investors Suren and Hasmik Pahlevanyan in Dzoragyugh ethnographic area of Kentron administrative district. The complex will include residential and business areas and a hall for special cultural events. An agreement has already been reached with the Sergei Parajanov House Museum on the display of certain items. The project will include the improvement of the surrounding areas and can serve as a good start for the formation and further development of the architectural environment of Hrazdan gorge.
