Members of the “Areebus” education initiative have announced a project of renovating a soviet-era bus and turning it into a classroom capable of carrying ten students and a single teacher to make education available to young children living in rural areas.

Lilit Movsisyan, one of the members of Areebus, stated that this project intends to help children discover a new type of education. However, the project requires financial assistance to be completed and is still in progress.

According to the organizers, “Aribus” will drive to the most remote regions of Syunik, Arakazodn, and Vayots Dzor.

Suren Sarkissian, who is part of the ever-growing IT sector of Armenia, donated the bus to promote making education accessible to all children. @civilnet.am@areebusarmenia
