Defense Minister of Armenia Arshak Karapetyan pointed out the three main tasks to form a new and modernized military and weapons program.All three tasks include obtaining new and high quality weapons, having domestic production of arms, and the enabling exclusive brokerage between the Defense Ministry and weapons producers.The ultimate goal of said military reforms is the guarantee of Armenia’s national security against the any and all threats.The Minister emphasized that Russia will play an important role in the completion of said three goals.
