According to the Armenian government’s decision, approximately $27.1m will be allocated to Artsakh. Around $2.4m will be used to reimburse the communal utility expenses of the Artsakh resident and 24.7m will be allocated as an interstate loan, as noted by the Minister of Finance Tigran Khachatryan.
The loan will be provided at an annual interest rate of 0.001% and it has to be repaid by January 1, 2025.
