All 3 Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group released a statement highlighting their concern at the recent advancements made by Azerbaijan into Armenia’s Syunik and Gegharkunik provinces, worsening the crisis across Armenia’s borders. They also called on Azerbaijan to release the six Armenian soldiers they captured, while also urging both sides to lift all restrictions of humanitarian aid access into the Artsakh/Nagorno-Karabakh region immediately. The Co-Chairs also demanded for the ceasefire declaration of November 9 to be adhered to fully by both sides.
