Pashinyan Invites Ter-Petrosyan and Kocharyan to Debate

Armenian acting PM Nikol Pashinyan has invited ex-presidents Robert Kocharyan and Levon Ter-Petrosyan for debates. “These elections are a great opportunity for the citizens of Armenia to take revenge for electoral fraud after 1996,” Pashinyan noted on Sunday in a meeting with his supporters at the office of the Civil Contract party. According to him, all those forces are taking part in the current elections, which at one time stole the votes of voters and now is a great opportunity for civil revenge. In these elections, citizens must confirm their power, and for this, the Civil Contract party must gain 60% of the vote, Pashinyan said.”On June 18, I invite Levon Ter-Petrosyan and Robert Kocharyan to a direct debate, and then everything will become clear. It’s easy to be a daredevil in closed rooms. You will come, we will stand against each other and talk, you will explain why Karabakh was excluded from the negotiation process in 1997,” he concluded.
