Recent Artsakh War Affects Investor Confidence in Armenia

According to the survey carried out by IMR, the second Artsakh war has had an impact on investor confidence in Armenia, and small businesses suffered the most. 41% of businesses which had plans for investing in Armenia have not changed their plans about investing in the country, 30% have changed plans and are not going to make new investments, 19% have decided to cut the planned investments, and 10% have also changed plans, but upward. The neutral and positive replies mostly coming from medium to large businesses which as per their resources have more maneuverability than small and micro-businesses.
