Raffi Kassarjian, now former Executive Director of the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises (UATE) of Armenia summed up the 2021 activities of UATE in a press conference. Mr. Kassarjian informed that a drone laboratory was opened at the Monte Melkonian college in 2021, and in 2022 they plan to open nine new drone laboratories in Armenia and Artsakh.
Army IT’ program of UATE had 138 participants, eighty-five of them have already completed the IT-related education programs. Most are participants in the 44-day Artsakh war.
