Two talented Armenian musical groups – MVF Band and The Naghash Ensemble – will travel to the United States for debut tours as part of the State Department’s 2023 Center Stage cultural exchange program.
Both bands incorporate Armenian cultural and folk music traditions in their music. In the United States, they will perform at various venues across the country, including the Kennedy Center in Washington DC, to share Armenia’s cultural heritage. During their tour, they will also conduct workshops and partake in community activities to display the power of music in building bridges․
Center Stage is among the most successful US State Department’s cultural exchange programs for building cross-cultural connections by bringing vibrant international performers to the United States.
