Yerevan took the 21st place in the list of the safest cities in the world

Yerevan took the 21st place in the list of the safest cities in the world, significantly ahead of its neighbours in the South Caucasus, Tbilisi and Baku. The list was compiled by the international statistical company “Ranking Royals”. Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, was ranked 85th, and Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, was ranked 44th.
According to the same index, the first place is Abu Dhabi (UAE), the 2nd is Doha (Qatar), and the 3rd is Ajman (UAE).
Ranking Royals: To measure city safety, the index ranked 424 cities around the world based on the following factors:
crime rate,
the safety of movement during the day and at night,
theft or robbery,
the risk of physical attack,
cases of violence by anyone,
cases of violence due to ethnicity, gender or religion,
drug circulation,
theft of property.
